Welcome!

The Parry Sound Station Gallery is a not-for-profit public art gallery located in a renovated train station (designated as an historic building) in the Town of Parry Sound. In addition to the main and small gallery, a permanent, historical railway display is kept in the rotunda which includes train art and memorabilia.  

History:
  • Located in renovated 1907 C.P.R. station
  • January 2000 – First meeting of Board of Directors - mandate developed
  • May 2000 – Incorporation with constitution
  • May 2001 – First exhibition
  • July 2001 – Official opening
  • August 2002 – Charitable status received
  • 2001- Current – Regular exhibits


Exhibitions showcase both local and visiting artists in solo or group exhibitions in all media.
There are several open call shows and the Gallery encourages submissions of an innovative nature.   


Proposals for Exhibition are accepted for consideration on an ongoing basis.

Art Classes and Workshops are held in the rotunda.  If you are interested in leading

The Gallery is open year round Wed -Sat 10-5pm  and Sun 1- 4pm

Admission is free.
